To create a new spreadsheet:
- Open XSheets and sign in with your Google account
- Tap the + button at the bottom right
- Select "Create New Sheet"
- Choose a template or create a custom spreadsheet
- Your spreadsheet will be created in your Google Drive XSheets folder
Your spreadsheets are stored in your Google Drive account:
- XSheets creates a folder called "XSheets" in your Google Drive
- All spreadsheets you create are Google Sheets files
- You can access them from Google Sheets, Google Drive, or XSheets
- Your data is backed up by Google automatically
LegoLand view is a visual 2D matrix for managing data:
- Open any spreadsheet in XSheets
- Tap the "LegoLand" tab at the top
- View your data as a visual matrix
- Tap cells to edit values
- Perfect for attendance tracking, inventory counts, and status management
For barcode/inventory templates:
- Open a barcode inventory spreadsheet
- Switch to LegoLand view
- Tap "+ Scan Barcode" to add a new item
- Point your camera at the barcode
- The barcode value will be added to your spreadsheet
XSheets provides several organization tools:
- Folders: Create folders to group related spreadsheets
- Archive: Swipe left on any sheet to archive it
- Delete: Swipe left and tap delete to remove sheets
- Sync: Pull down to refresh and sync with Google Drive
To delete your XSheets account:
- Open XSheets and go to the Account tab
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- Or email us at xsheets@myyahoo.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"
Note: Your spreadsheets will remain in your Google Drive. Only XSheets-specific data is deleted.
Troubleshooting Guide
🔧 App Won't Open or Crashes
Try these steps in order:
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Check if you have the latest version of XSheets installed
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
- Check your internet connection
- If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app
🔐 Login or Google Sign-In Issues
Can't sign in with Google?
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Try signing out and signing back in
- Check if Google Play Services is up to date (Android)
- Clear the app cache and try again
- Ensure your Google account is active and accessible
- Try using a different Google account
📊 Spreadsheets Not Syncing
Data not appearing or syncing?
- Check your internet connection
- Pull down on the sheets list to refresh
- Go to Account → Sync Sheets
- Verify the spreadsheet exists in your Google Drive XSheets folder
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh Google access
- Check Google Drive storage isn't full
📷 Barcode Scanner Not Working
Camera or scanning issues?

- Clean your camera lens
- Ensure adequate lighting
- Hold the barcode steady and centered in frame
- Try moving closer or further from the barcode
- Restart the app and try again
