Welcome to XSheets! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the XSheets mobile application and spreadsheet management services. By using XSheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the XSheets mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use XSheets
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App
By using XSheets, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements

1.2 Google Account Requirement

XSheets requires a Google account for authentication and Google Sheets integration
You must comply with Google's Terms of Service when using XSheets
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account

2. Description of Service

2.1 XSheets Platform

XSheets is a spreadsheet management platform that provides:

Google Sheets Integration: Create and manage spreadsheets in your Google Drive
Templates: Ready-to-use templates for various use cases
Organization: Folder management and archiving within your XSheets folder
LegoLand View: Visual 2D matrix view for data management
Barcode Scanning: Quick data entry via barcode scanning
Notifications: Task reminders and app updates

2.2 Free Service

XSheets is provided free of charge with no quotas or limitations on usage. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future.

2.3 Data Usage for Analytics

Aggregate Data Analysis: By using XSheets, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes. This includes:

Usage patterns and feature adoption metrics
App performance and error analytics
General trends to improve service quality

Privacy Protected: This aggregate analysis does not identify individual users, does not include personal spreadsheet content, and does not violate user privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use XSheets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or decompile the application
Use automated systems to access the service

3.2 Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all spreadsheets and data you create
Your spreadsheets are stored in your Google Drive account
You are responsible for the content you store in your spreadsheets
You should maintain independent backups of critical data

Important: Your spreadsheets are stored in Google Drive. XSheets provides a management interface but does not independently store your spreadsheet data. Always ensure you have backups of important information.

4. Google Integration

4.1 Google Account Access

XSheets accesses your Google account through OAuth 2.0
We request only the permissions necessary to provide our services
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

4.2 Google Terms

Your use of Google Sheets is subject to Google's Terms of Service
XSheets is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google
Google may change their APIs or services at any time

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the spreadsheets and data you create
XSheets does not claim ownership of your content

5.2 XSheets Platform

The XSheets application and related intellectual property are owned by us
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software
Our trademarks and service marks may not be used without permission

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
Your spreadsheets will remain in your Google Drive
XSheets-specific data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to delete your account and request removal of all your data at any time. You can:

Use the Delete Account option in the app's Account settings
Email xsheets@myyahoo.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"

We will process deletion requests within 7 business days and send confirmation. All personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

6.2 Termination by XSheets

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in abusive or harmful activities
We are required to do so by law

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Disclaimer

XSheets is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding Google's services availability

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSheets shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or business opportunities
Issues arising from Google's services

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes:

We will update the "Last updated" date
For material changes, we will notify you through the app
Continued use of XSheets after changes constitutes acceptance
